Rules

• The area you are playing in has to be split in two. You must have one team on each side of the area you are playing in.

• You can not cross the line in the middle or you're out.

• You have to have a minimum of one player per team.

•  If you're hit by a ball then you're out.

• If someone catches a ball on you're team then one person may come in for that team. (optional rule)

Equipment

1. A ball that weighs less than a pound

Strategies

• You should run in a zigzag pattern to avoid being hit

• You should try to catch the other teams balls

• try to throw the ball fast

• don't throw the ball high up

• try to aim low down so the other people don't catch the ball

Goal/purpose

You have to get everyone on the other team out by throwing dodge balls at them.

How to play

      Throw the ball at the other team. Take your time, don't rush! You should keep your eyes on everyone that has a ball.  When you throw the ball if nobody's there run up to the line.
