Rules

•  You can not throw the ball when you are on the ground.

• You can throw the ball at the person's feet.

• You can't catch the ball when you are on the ground.

• You have to catch and throw the ball back to the person while in the air.

• You need 2 or more people to play the game.

Strategy

A good strategy is to try to keep the ball in play for the longest time possible. You should also try to jump as high as you can.

Goal/Purpose

The purpose is to keep the ball in play for as long as you can.

How To Play

To play someone has the ball that person jumps. and tosses the ball to the other player while the ball is in the air the other person jumps catches the ball and tosses it to the other person before you land, etc.
